HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-33 . H-334
BE I'T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLOdIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-334 Seventy-fifth (75th) Street from Harding Avenue to Collins
Avenue to be paved, and where heretofore paved to be repaved
to a width of fifty (50) feet with a bituminous wearing surface
on a ten (10) inch rock base, and improved on both sides with
a concrete curb and gutter.
Together with necessary drainage , sewer inlets , manholes and
catch basins.
As said Street and Avenues are shown on plats recorded in
Plat Book Eight (8) , Page Forty-one (41) , Plat Book Thirty-one
(31) , Page Forty X40) and Plat Book Thirty-four (34) , Page Four
(4) of the Public-Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said
Seventy-fifth (75th) Street and Harding Avenue are named and
designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings , the preparationof bonds,
interest during construction, legal services , abstracts, etc. , andany
other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amountto be assessed against each
front foot cf abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of such
improvement is hereby designated as District H-334, and is described
as follows:
Lot Three (3 ) , Block 1, Altos del Mar No. 3 as recorded in
Plat Book 8, at Page 4; Lot 3, Block 2)1 , Altos del Mar No. 1
as recorded in Plat Book 31, at page 40, and Lots 1 and 8 of
Block 2, Harding Townsite, as recorded in Plot Book 3)4., at
Page 4, all in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
This improvement shall be desinated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement H-334, and the property against which assess-
men4s therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as
District H-334.
