HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-334

WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of August, A.D. 1950, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution orderingthe irn
provement designated as Highway Improvement H- 34 , District
H-334,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such irrproveme nt and an estimate cf the
cost thereof, includingan estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 16th day of August,
1950, at 1000 A. Me , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confgirmation of said
resolution ' ordering said improvement .
