Resolution 7240 RESOLUTION NO. 7240
WHEREAS, the members of the Miami Beach Planning
Board and its sub-committees have spent limitless time
and effort in the study of our present and future needs ,
and
WHEREAS, it is through the assiduous and unremitting
study by these public-spirited citizens that the over-all
needs and recommendations for the growth and progress of
our community can be directed and shaped, and
WHEREAS, such devoted and perseveringly diligent work
most often goes unappreciated,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, that we take this opportunity to
commend the Planning Board and all its members for their
constant devotion to their task -- of planning and study-
ing the road towards a Utopian municipality.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, A. D. 1950.
