Resolution 7242 RESOLUTION NC. 7242
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary for the Telfare of said City and the
inhabitants thereof, to acquire for the nurnose of off the street
parking of automobiles for the use of said City and its inhabitants
the following described lands situate, lying and being in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot Three (3) of Block Twenty-Eight (28)
of OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 2, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 2, at page 56, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
NOWTHEREFOR,], BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary that the
fee simple title to all of the above-described property be acquired
for use and maintenance for the purpose of off the street parking
of automobiles for the benefit of said City and its inhabitants, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVFP that the City Attorney be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to institute the necessary legal pro-
ceedings in the name of said City in the exercise of its right of
eminent domain for the condemnation of said property for said pur-
pose.
