Resolution 7250 RESOLUTION NO. 7250
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Section 18 of Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida" , as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
"SECTION 18. AnITTNISTR^TION
It shall be the duty of the Building
Inspector to enforce this ordinance. "
so as to read as follows:
"SECTION 18. AD,'_-INISTEATION
It shall be the duty of the City
Manager of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, to enforce this ordinance. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the 23rd day of August, , A. D.
1950, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. , in the Council Chambers, in the
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, fbr the consideration of said
amendment.
BE IT FUR= RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the
time, Place and object of said hearing by Publishing notice
thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section
21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, A. D. 1950.
