RESOLUTION NO. 7251
';WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, is considering amending and changing
certain of the regulations and restrictions established
and contained in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" , as
hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
To amend said ordinance and the maps attached
thereto and made a part thereof, so as to include in
"BA" Business District, the following described land
situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, to-wit :
Lots 1 2 and 3 of Block 8 of
SOUTH BEACH PARK, according to
the Flat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 6, at page 77, of the
Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
NOTI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing
be and is hereby called to be held on the 23rd day of August
A. D. 1950, at 10:00 o'clock A.Y. , in the Council Chambers
in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration
of said amendmen .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be
and he is hereby directed to give at least fifteen days' notice
of the time, place and object of saidhearing by publishing
notice thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general cir-
culation in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity
with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
