HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS

WHEREAS, on thel6th day of August, A.D. 1950, the City
Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the im-
p•
rovements designated as Highway Improvements H-336 and H-337,
Districts H-336 and H-337,

and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvements and estimates of the
cost thereof, including • estimates of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimates
of cost and estimates of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 6th day of September
1950, at 10:00 Pi. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
.resolution • ordering said improvement .
