SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAk7I BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-501 The laying underground of an eight (8 ) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the center line of the Easement in Block Four
(4), Amended Plat of Garden Subdivision, from the wester-
ly line of Lot Eleven (11 ) to the westerly line of Lot
Twelve (12), said Block and Subdivision.
Together with a six (6 ) incn terra cotta sanitary sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of each sixty (60)
feet of abutting property, as a part of the main improvement.
As said Easement, Lots, Block and Subdivision are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book thirty-one (31), at Page Nine
(9 ) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelim-
inary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and
publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other ex-
penses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
providea for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front
foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of such
improvement is hereby designated as District SR-501, and is described as
follows :
Lots 1 and 12, Block 4, Amended Plat of Garden Subdivision, accord-
ing to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Bork Thirty-one (31 ),
at Page Nine (9 ) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-501, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SR-501.
