RESOLUTION NO. 7271
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-501 SR-501
WHEREAS, on the 28thday of August, A.D. 1950, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the ir.-
povement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-501,
District SR-501,

and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such inprovement and an estimate of the _
cost thereof, including al estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City angineer with the City Clerk
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
{ published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 20th day of September,
1950, at 10:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution . ordering said improvement .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 28th day of August, A. D.
1950.
