REEOLUiIO.- U U. 7283
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in
Ordinance Io. 289, commonly Imown as the "Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida", as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit:
To amend said ordinance and the maps attached thereto
and made a part thereof, so as to include in "RE" Multiple-
Family District, as said district is set forth and described
in said ordinance, the following described lands situate,
lying andbeing in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 1 2 3, 4 and 5 of Block 83 of THI=RD
COM MTERCIAL SUBDIVISION of the Alton Beach
Realty Company, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 7, at page 160, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Floria.
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the 18th day of October, A. D. 1950,
at 10:00 o'clock A.M. , in the Council Chambers , in the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHEt; ,SOLV D that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen clays ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof, in
the Florida Sun, a Newspaper of general circulation in said City
of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Sec. 21 of Ordinance
No. 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of September, A. D. 1950.
