Resolution 7292 RESOLUTION NO. 7292
WHEEAS, the City Council has been advised that the
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF IUAL ESTATE BONDS an Illinois Cor-
poration not for profit, desires to lease the premises and
, facilities of the Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium for a
national convention of the members of the above-named Association
and an exhibition in conjunction therewith, for a period of
ten (10) days, from 8:00 A.M. , on the 10th day of November,
1950, to 6:00 P.M. , on the 19th day of November, 1950, and
:JHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by- the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of, and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement,
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above-described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions under-
taken therein by the City.
