RESOLUTION NO. ?311
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-143 DISTRICT SK.-143
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of November 9 the City •
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Sidemalk Improvement SK-143, •
District SK-143,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and •
specifications of such ir+prevement and an estimate of the
cost thereof 9 incl ud.ing an estimate of the incidental ex-, - •
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed •
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be •
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a nctice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 15thlay of November,
1950 , at 10:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution ' ordering said improvement .
