Resolution 7314 RESOLUTION NO. 7314
WHLhEAS, the City Council has been advised that the GREATER
MIAMI OPLHA GUILD desires to lease the premises and facilities of
the Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium for the presentation of an
opera (Carmen) on February 26th, 1951, and
WILE EAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the Auditorium
Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of, and is familiar
with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement, and deems it
to be to the best interest of the City to authorize the execution of
said lease agreement,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami
NOW,
Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-described
lease agreement on behalf of the City of Miami Beach, and that the
Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into
effect .the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of November, A. D. 1950.
