BE IT RESOLVID BY TH2 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held. at 10 :00 o' clock A. M. , November
1-th , A. D. 1950 it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November,
