Resolution 7330 RESOLUTION NO. 7330 ,WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the regulations and restrictions established and contained in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida", as hereinafter set forth, to-wit: To amend said ordinance so as to require that on each side of Collins Avenue between 19th Street and 24th Street there shall be a set-back from Collins Avenue having a depth of not less than ten (10) feet. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby called to be held on the 6th day of December, A. D. 1950, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. , in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLV 'T), that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof, in the Florida Sun, a Newspaper of general circulation in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
