BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
THAT Morris N. Lipp, City Engineer for said City,
be, and he is hereby directed and authorized to make T plication
to the Department of the Army of the United States for permission
to construct a seawall and place fill on the east side of Indian
Creek at Lot Ten (10) , Nine (9) and the north eighteen and seventy-
five one hundredths (18.75) Feet of Lot Eight (8`) , Block Three
(3) , of the Amended Second Ocean 'Front Subdivision, in the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, and to make such application in the name.
