Resolution 7332 RESOLUTION NO. 7332 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in Ordi-
nance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida" , as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
To amend Section 7 of said ordinance so as to permit
in the "BA" Business District, as said district is set forth and
defined in said ordinance, retail bakeries doing baking on the
premises, provided that such retail bakeries shall be subject to
the following conditions and restrictions :
1. Ovens used shall be limited to either two Blodgett
ovens, one revolving oven not to exceed six-
teen pans capacity, or e:luivalent;
2 . That adjoining properties shall be safeguarded
and protected from obnoxious exhaust fan noises
and odors;
3 . All machinery shall- be entirely confined 'iithin
the main structure;
4. Operation shall be limited to those hours between
6:00 A.M. , and 8:00 P.M.
NOWWI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the 6th day of December, A. D. 1950,
at 2 :00 o'clock P.M. , in the Council Chambers, in the City hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTH7a RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof, in
the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City
of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance
No. 289 of said City.
