Resolution 7334 R-'SOLUTION I`?O. 7334
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of i'iami Beach,
Florida? is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations andrestrictions established and contained in Ordi-
nance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the
City of ii ami Beach, Florida" , as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
To amend said Ordinance and the maps attached thereto
and made a part thereof, so as to include in "RE" Multiple-Family
District and to include in an appropriate area district the fol-
lowing described lands situate, lying and being in iiia>;i Beach,
Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, of Block 31; and
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, of Block 82; of
THIRD COMvMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7,
at page 160, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
AND ALSO
Lots 10 to 16, inclusive, of Block 107; and
Lots 9 to 16, inclusive, of Block 108, of
OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 3, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, at
page 81, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the 6th day of December, A. D. 1950
at 2:00 o'clock P.11. , in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk he and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the times
place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof, in
the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City
of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance
No. 289 of said City.
