A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS. .
SANITARY SEWER
IMPRCVEMEN'IS SR-1+99 AND DISTRICTS
SR-501 SR-499 AND SR-501
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-1+99
and SR-501 District SR-1+99 and SR-501
have been completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
`` held at 10: 00 o ' clock A. M. on December 6th, A. D. ,
l
1950 , at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
