Resolution 7340 RESOLUTION NO. 73+0
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5585, heretofore passed
and adopted, a special fund was created to be used solely
for the purpose of purchasing tax sale certificates on
behalf of the City of Miami Beach, annually, at said
City' s sales for delinquent City taxes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes it to the best=
interest of the City to augment said special fund,
THERE=FORE, BE IT n SOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that there shall
be put into said special fund all of the unused reserves
set aside for "uncollected taxes" in the budget for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 1950.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of November, A. D. ,
1950.
