WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it to be to the best interest of the City that
a moving picture be made for publicity purposes depicting the
advantages of the City as a vacation and health resort, together
with its natural attractions, its health-building activities
andits modern facilities and conveniences for the recreation
• and comfort of its visitors, and
WHEREAS, the Public Relations Advisory Committee of the
City has recommended Rainbow Pictures, Inc . , a Florida Corporation,
of Miami Beach, Florida, the producer best qualified to make such
moving picture, and
'.1HEREAS, the City and Rainbow Pictures, Inc . , have agreed
upon the terms and provisions to be incorporated into an agreement
under which such moving picture shall be produced, and
IHER3AS, the City Council has been advised of, and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said agreement and deems
it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize the execu-
tion of said agreement,
NO':1, THEREFORE, IT R_SOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described agreement for and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach.
