BE IT RESOLV' D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o' clock. A. M. 9 on December
6 9 A. D. 1950, it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements ,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December,
