That notice has been given, as required by the r
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 e 00 o' clock A. M. , on December
6 , A. D. 1950, it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December,
