Resolution 7356 RESOLUTION NO. 7356
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary for the welfare of said City and the
inhabitants thereof to acquire, for the purpose of off the street
parking of automobiles, for the use of said City and its inhabi-
tants, the following described lands situate, lying and being in
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots Fifteen (15) , Sixteen (16) , Seventeen (17
Eighteen (18) , Twenty-two (22) and Twenty-three
(23) of Block Leven (11) ; Lots Twenty (20)
Twenty-three (23) , Twenty-four (24) and Twenty -
five (25) of Block Four (4) ; All in ORCHARD
SUBDIVISION I\i0. 4, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 25, at page 30, of the r
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THiiRE 'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary that the fee sim-
ple title to all of the above-described property be acquired for use
and maintenance for the purpose of off the street parking of automo-
biles for the benefit of said City and its inhabitants, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to institute the necessary legal
proceedings in the name of said City in the exercise of the right
of eminent domain for the condemnation of said property for said
purpose.
