WH1 REAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary for the welfare of said City and the
inhabitants thereof, to acquire for the purpose of off the street
parking of automobiles for the use of said City and its inhabitants
the following described lands situate, lying and being in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots Nine (9) Ten (10) , Eleven (11) , Twelve (12)
and Thirteen (13) of Block Thirty-nine (39) ; Lots
Nine (9) and Eighteen (18) of Block Thirty-eight
(38) ; Lots Seven (7) , Eight (8) Nine (9) , Ten
(10) , Sixteen (16) Seventeen (17) and Eighteen
(18) of Block Thirty- seven (37) ; All in PALM VIEW
SUBDIVISION according to the Plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 6, at page 29, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
AND ALSO, Lots Two (2) , Three (3) , Tour (LF) , Eleven
(11) , Twelve (12) , Thirteen (13) , Fourteen (l4)
and Fifteen (15) of Block Thirty-six (36) of GOLF
COURSE SUBDIVISION, according to the amended plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 26, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEI-{EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary that the fee
simple title to all of the above-described property be acquired for
use and maintenance for the purpose of off the street parking of
automobiles for the benefit of said City and its inhabitants, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to institute the necessary legal
proceedings in the name of said City in the exercise of the right
of eminent domain for the condemnation of said property for said
purpose.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of December, A. D. 1950.
