Resolution 7361 R: SOLUTIOrr 1'TO. 7361
WHEREAS, the Citr Council of the City of i-iiami Beach,
Florida, has this day authorized the execution by its officers
of an agreement with A. Ernest Woolfe and Betty Joolfe, his
wife, and others, by the terms of which said City obligates
itself to cause o be constructed a steel sheet piling seawall
together with placing of fill to the rear thereof on the east
'side of Indian Creek in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, west-
wardly of and adjacent to Lots 18 to 21, inclusive, of Bock 3
of SECOhD OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION, according to the amended Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28, at page 28, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and
WHEREAS M. F. Comer Bridge 0: Foundation Company has agreed
to construct said seawall and to place said fill in accordance
with the terms set forth in an agreement dated December 6th, 1950,
heretofore prepared by the City Attorney and executed by said
M. F. Comer Bridge & Foundation Company, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of said
agreement and deems it to the best interest of the City that said
agreement should be entered into,
NOW, THiEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
in the ,name of and on behalf of said City.
