RESOLUTION NO. ?378
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-339 DISTRICT H-339
WHEREAS, on the 20thday of December,1950, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Highway Improvement H-339,
District H-339,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, includingan estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate ,
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a nctice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Reach on the 3rd day of January,
1951, at 10:00 A . Me , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution . ordering said improvement .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of December, A. D.
1950.
