Resolution 7379 RESOLUTION NO. 7379
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised that the
COMMUNITY CC -CERT SERIES and Y. M. & Y. M. H. A. , desires to
lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach hunicipal
Auditorium for the presentation of a concert by Irvin Laszlo
on Thursday, December 14th, 1950, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the Audi-
torium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
IIJit{EAS, the City Council has been advised of, and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Idiami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
above-described lease agreement on behalf of the City of Miami
Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.
PASSED and 1'ADOPTED this 2.Qth day of December, A. D. 1950.
