RESOLUTION NO. 7383
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in
Ordinance No. 239 commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida" , as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
To amend said ordinance and the maps attached thereto and
made a part thereof so as to exclude from the "RD" Single Fanily
District and to include in the "RE" Lultiple Family District, as
said districts are respectively set forth and defined in said ordinance,
the following described land situate, lying and being in Miami Beach,
Dade County, Florida , to-wit:
Lot 1 of Block 16B of the Re-subdivision of
Lots 16 to 21, inclusive, of Block 15 of the
AMENDW,T) SUNSET LAKE SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9,
at page 145, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVFT) by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby called
to be held on the 17th day of January, A. D. 1951, at 10:00 o' clock
rl .M. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
directed to give at least fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time, place
and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in the FLORIDA
SUN, a newspaper of general circulation in said City of Miami Beach,
in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
