Resolution 7391 RESOLUTION NO. 7391
WHEItEAS, OSCAR MARKOVITCI:I of Miami Beach, Florida, was the
successful bidder for the "Food and Beverarye Concession at the
Miami Beach Auditorium" in accordance with the terms of those cer-
tain specifications dated October 27, 1950, and
WHEREAS, an agreement covering said concession has been
prepared and submitted to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of the
said agreement and deems it to be to the best interest of the City
of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and in the name of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20 day of December, A. D.
1950.
