Resolution 7200 RESOLUTION NO. 7200
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary for the welfare of said city and
the inhabitants thereof to acquire for park purposes for the use
of said city and its inhabitants the following described lands
situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
to-wit:
All of Block Three (3) and all of Block Fourteen
(14) of Altos Del Mar No. 1, according to the
corrected plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31,
Page 40, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and all of that portion of Aeroso Way,
as shown on said plat, lying between said Block
Three (3) and said Block Fourteen (14) , together
with all statutory and common law riparian rights
appurtenant to said lands.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary that the
fee simple title to all of the above described property be ac-
quired for use and maintenance for park purposes for the benefit
of said city and its inhabitants, and
BE IT FURT:ETER RESOLV ll) that the City Attorney be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to institute the necessary
legal proceedings in the name of said city in the exercise of
its right of eminent domain for the condemnation of said property
for said purpose.
