SUBJECT: TIME CERTAIN -G.O. BOND ITEMS
Tomorrow, the City Commission will be considering G.O. Bond items. The Mayor's intention is to
address the projects in the morning (approximately at 9:45 a.m.) in order to obtain any final
revisions, additions, deletions, or modifications from the Commission. Because staff will need
time to make sure the final ballot items (should it be recommended to be placed on the ballot)
are in proper form, the Mayor will have the Commission vote on the G.O. Bond items later in the
afternoon.
Therefore, for anyone -including Commissioners -seeking to modify the G.O. Bond items, that
discussion and votes on the modification will occur at 9:45 a.m. Later in the day, it is the Mayor's
intention to have an up or down vote on the final product.
