BE IT RESOLV'1D BY THE CITY COUHCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given) as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held. at 10 ;00 o' clock A. M. , January
3rd 9 A. D. 1951 it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvement as to the acceptance thereof9 and
no objections having been presented, said improvement 9
as completed9 be and the same is hereby accepted.
