BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA;
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 ;00 o' clock A. M. , January
3rd , R. D. 19 51 it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January
A. D. 1951 .
