HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-335 H-335
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-335 Aiton Court from Twelfth (12) Street to Thirteenth (13) Street
to be paved, and where heretofore paved to be repaved to a
width of twenty (20) feet with a bituminous wearing surface on
an eight (8) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets, manholes- and
catch basins .
As said Court and Streets are shown on Plats recorded in Plat
Book Seven (7 ), Page one hundred sixty (160) and Plat Book Nine
(9 ) , Page one hundred ten (110) of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, ana as said Alton Court is named and designated
in Ordinance TLo.553.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare ana to file with the City
Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publiciation of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds, interast during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and
any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
The property against whish assessments are to be made for the cost of such
improvement is Hereby designated as District H-335 and is described as
follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on Alton Court and
lying between Twelfth (12) Street and Thirteenth (13) Street.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement H-335, and the property against which assess-
ments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as
District H-335.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, A. D. 1951.
