Resolution 7415 RESOLUTION NO. 7+15
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, is in need of
additional office space for its officers and employees, and
WHEREAS, space is available on the third floor of the
Harvey Building, located at the southwest corner of Fourteenth Street
and ,Tashington Avenue, at a price satisfactory to the City, and
WHEREAS, a lease dated January 2nd , 1951, has been prepared
and executed by the Owner, Harold Salvey, as Lessor, by the terms of which
ofices in said building Numbered from 31 to 303, inclusive, are leased
to the City for two years at a rental of , 65(...00 per month, the City Coun-
cil being familiar with the terms of said lease,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of :•:iami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver said lease in
' the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 10th day of January, A. D. 1951.
