BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-502 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cottasanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances .
At or near the westerly curb line of North
Bay Road from a point at or near a point one
hundred thirty-three (133) feet northerly of
the southerly line of Lot One (1) Block One (1) ,
LaGorce Golf Subdivision, to a point at or near
the northerly line of said Lot One (1) , Block
(1) .
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sew-r to the line of each
one hundred (100) feet of abutting property, as
a part of the main improvement.
As said Road, Lot, Bloc$ and Subdivision are shown
on a .Plat recorded in Plat Book Fourteen (34) , at
Page Forty-three (t 3 ) of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and speci-
fications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front of abutting
property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-502, and is
described as follows:
Ali the lots or parcels of land abutting the
westerly side of North Bay Road from a point
one hundred thirty-three (133) feet northerly
of the southerly line of Lot One (1) , Block
(1) , LaGorce Golf Subdivision, to the northerly
line of said Lot One ( 1) , Block One (1 ) .
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-502, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-502.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY OF January, A.D. 1951.
