Resolution 7420 RESOLUTION NO. 7420
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised that the
United Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Association desires to lease
the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Municipal
Auditorium for the presentation of a convention commencing
at 9:00 o' clock A. M. on Friday, January 12th, 1951, and
terminating at 12:00 o' clock midnight on Thursday, January
18th, 1951, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City
Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of, and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agree-
ment and deems it to be to the best interest of the City
to authorize the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV+JID by the City Council of,
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and direct-
ed to execute the above described lease agreement on be-
half of the City of :Miami Beach, aha that the Auditorium
Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into
effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by
the City.
