A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEi'H TO MAKE APPLICATION TO
THE CORPS OF ENGINE'-RS, U.S.ARMY, FOR
A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A NEW BRIDGE
OVER INDIAN CREEK AT 71ST STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That Morris N. Lipp, City Engineer of the City of Miami
Beach, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to make
application to the Corps of Engineers , U.S. Army, for a
permit to construct a new bridge over Indian Creek at 71st
Street, and said application to be made for and on behalf of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY OF JANUARY, A.D. 1951.
