Resolution 7426 RESOLUTION NO. 7426
WHEREAS, the City Co,incil of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary for the welfare of said City and the
inhabitants thereof, to acquire, for street purposes, the fol-
lowing described parcels of land situate, lying and being in
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to wit :
The westerly fifteen (15) feet of Lots Sixty-One (61) ,
Sixty-two ( 62) and. Sixty-three (63) of Block Seven ( 7)
of Second Ocean 'Front Subdivision, according to the
plat thereof, recorded in Plat book 28 at page 28 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, said fif-
teen ( 15) feet being measured at right angles to the
westerly line of said Lots Sixty-one (61) , Sixty-two
(62) and Sixty-three(63) .
AND
The easterly ten ( 10) feet of Lct Ten ( 10) _lock Six-
teen ( 16) Normandy Beach South according to the plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, page 54, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Flcrida, said Ten ( 10)
feet being measured at right angles to the easterly
line of said Lot Ten ( 10) .
AND
The Southerly thirty (30) feet of Lot Seven ( 7) , Block
Two (2) of Normandy Beach South according to the plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, page 54, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, said thirty
(30) feet being measuredat right angles to the souther-
ly. line of said Lot Seven (7)
AND
The esterly fifteen ( 15) feet of Lot Sixty (60) , Block
Seven (7) , Second Ocean Front Subdivision, according to
the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28 at page 28
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, said
fifteen ( 15) feet being measured at right angles to the
westerly line of said Lot Sixty (60) .
AND
Tthe Westerly fifteen (15) feet of Lot Fifty-Nine (59)
of clock 7, Second Ocean Front Subdivision, according
to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28 at page
28 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, said
fifteen ( 15) feet being measured at right angles to the
westerly line of said Lot Fifty-Nine ( 50) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND DECLARED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach,Florida, that it is necessary
that the fee simple title to all of the above-described property
be acquired for development , use and maintenance for street pur-
poses for the benefit of said City and its inhabitants, and that
the City Attorney be andhe is hereby authorized anddirected to
institute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of said
City in the exercise of its right of eminent domain for the
condemnation of said property for street purposes.
