Resolution 7430 RESOLUTION NO. 7430
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has
heretofore entered into an agreement with certain designated
persons having title or other respective interests in the
property hereinafter described, for the acquisition of an ease-
ment over a strip of land off he east side of Lots 18, 19,
20 and 21, of Block 3 of SECOND OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION, ac-
cording to the Amended Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28,
at page 28, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
for the purpose of widening Indian Creek Drive, upon which
street such lands abut, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised that it is
necessary to include in said transaction Sol H. Leslie and
Freda Leslie, his wife, as mortgagors of a portion of the above
described property, who have indicated their willingness to
agree to subordinate their lien interest in and to the said
property, and
`!JHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared the necessary
agreement with the terms of which the City Council is familiar,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement in :;he name of andon behalf of said City.
