Resolution 7437 RESOLUTION NO. 7)+37
WEEREAS, the City Council has been advised that the
Dade Chapter National Children ' s Cardiac Home desires to
lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Municipal
Auditorium for the presentation of a "BARRY GREY SHOW" on
Thursday, February 1st, 1951, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of, and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
above describedlease agreement on behalf of the City of Miami
Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions under-
taken therein by the City.
