Resolution 7445 RESOLUTION NO. 7445
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it to be necessary to increase the width of
that portion of Indian Creek Drive which lies adjacent to and
on the east of Lots 9 and 10 and the northerly 18.754 feet of
Lot 8, all in Block 3 of SECOND OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION, ac-
cording to the Amended Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28,
at page 28, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, in order to increase the width of Indian
Creek Drive as aforesaid it will be necessary to acquire an
easement of a strip off the east side of said land from the
owners thereof, and _
4 EREAS, the owners, A. ERNEST WOOLFE and BETTY WOOLFE,
his wife, have indicated their willingness to deliver to said
City a Deed of Dedication in consideration of the covenants
on the part of the City contained in that certain agreement
with the said owners and others, heretofore prepared by the
City Attorney, bearing date January 30, , 1951,
with the terms of which said agreement the City Council is
familiar, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the best
interest of said City to acquire said easement on the terms and
in the manner set forth in said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
