Resolution 7446 RESOLUTION NO. 71+.+6
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has this day authorized the execution by its officers
of an agreement with A. Ernest Woolfe and Betty 'Wolfe, his
wife, and others, by the terms of which said City obligates
itself to cause to be constructed a steel sheet piling seawall
together with placing of fill to the rear thereof on the east
side of Indian Creek in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, west-
wardly of and adjacent to the northerly 13.754 feet of Lot 8
and all of Lots 9 and 10 of Block 3 of SECOND OCEAN FRONT SUB-
DIVISION, according to the Amended Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 28, page 28 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, M. F. Comer Bridge & Foundat ion Company has
agreed to construct said seawall and to place said fill in
accordance with the terms set forth in an agreement dated
February 7 , 1951, heretofore prepared by the City
Attorney for execution by said M. F. Comer Bridge & Foundation
Company, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms
of said agreement and deems it to the best interest of the
City that said agreement should be entered into,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City, pro-
vided that the Agreement with A. Ernest Woolfe and Betty WoOlfe,
his wife, and others hereinabove referred to, has been thereto-
fore properly, fully, and, duly executed and delivered.
