Resolution 7447 RESOLUTION NO. 7+4+7
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No.
7127 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, passed and adopted on
the 8th day of March, A. D. 1950, a proposed budget covering
the anticipated revenues , surpluses and expenditures in the
operation, maintenance and servicing of the City of Miami
Beach Parking Meter System for the sinking fund year beginning
January 1, 1951, has heretofore been prepared and submitted
to the City Council by Claude A. Renshaw, Manager of the
System;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has examined said budget and is familiar with its
contents ;
NOW, THEREYORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said budget be and the
same is hereby approved and adopted for the sinking fund year
beginning January 1, 1951; said budget being in words and
figures as follows, to-wit :
