A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS .

WW-69 and WW-70 WW-69 and WW-70
WHEREAS, WHITEWAY I1P1OVEMENTS WW-68, WW-69
and WW 70, Districts WW-E9, WW 69 and WW-70,
hate been completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordcnce with the Ch.a.rter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 : 00 o ' clock A. M. on March 7th, A. D. ,
1951 , at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the cceeptance
thereof by the City Council.
