SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT •

• WHEREAS, on the 2lstday of February , the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Sidewalk Improvement SK-144,
District Sk-144,

and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate cf the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
• of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk. •
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami •
•
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation •
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 7th day of March,
1q519 at 10100 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said •
resolution • ordering said improvement .
