RESOLUTION NO. 7+55
WHEREAS, FRANK DILLARD of Miami Beach, Florida, was the
successful bidder for the contract to furnish meals for pri-
soners in the Miami Beach City Jail, in accordance with the
terms of those certain specifications dated February 1, 1951,
and
WHEREAS, an agreement setting forth the terms and con-
ditions of said undertaking has been prepared and submitted
to the City Council, and ,
WH1hEAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of
the said agreement and deems it to be to the best interests
of the City of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said a`reement for and in the name of said City,
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of February, R. D. 1951.
