A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF " . ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
WHITEWAY IMPROVEMENTS WW-65, WW-73, DISTRICTS WW-651 WW-73
WW-75 and WW-83 WW-75 and WW-83
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvementsin
accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30, of
the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miv.mi Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause no,;.ce to be given in accordance with said City
Charter That a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 10:00 o' clock A. M. April 4th, 19 5],
at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
