SUBJECT: Request for Qualifications (RF ) 2018-005-JC, for Merchant Industry Consulting
Services
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) 2018-005-JC, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm to
provide the City with merchant industry consulting services. These services are utilized by the City to
process credit card payments in several departments.
The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on Friday, July 10, 2018 . The responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee, in accordance with the criteria established
in the RFQ.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Rocio Alba, Administration Manager, Parking Department, City of Miami Beach
•Jean Dolmuz, Systems Administrator, Information Technology Department, City of Miami
Beach
•Natasha Nicholson, Senior Management Analyst, Public Works Department, City of Miami
Beach
• Benjamin Nussbaum, Revenue Manager, Finance Department, City of Miami Beach
•Ana Zecchini, IT Applications Division Director, Information Technology Department, City of
Miami Beach
